Refund and Returns Policy

  • All returns or exchanges need to be made within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
  • At the time of return/exchange please make sure the products are in their original condition, with their price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.
  • In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product please notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours from the time of shipment received. We will arrange for a return pick up and replace the items (Subject to availability) or issue a full refund. In case of returns other than a damaged or wrong item shipped, please ship to the return address at your own cost
  • Once the returned product satisfies our quality check we will reimburse you with a cottondesire Online Store Credit (Redeemable online only) or a Refund.
  • You may also get an exchange  done (Subject to availability) or you may return the garment to the store and avail a cottondesire offline store credit (Redeemable offline only). Please carry the original invoice to the store at the time of return/exchange.
  • We cannot do cash refunds on sale items or discounted products. But will issue you an Online Store Credit of equal value of the price paid.
  • Refund on COD transactions will be processed in the form of Online store credit.
  • Discount coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for any case.
  • No return/exchange on socks and boxers.
  • The reimbursements on Fresh Merchandise will be credited to the Customer’s bank account within the time span stipulated by the bank.
  • cottondesire reserves the right to process refunds on a product, based on the product’s quality inspection.
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
